LYDIA NEWMAN
Hi! I'm Lydia, a performer based in New York City.
I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and recently moved to Brooklyn, New York. My love of performing began with the 1992 movie musical NEWSIES; I’d run through my childhood home yelling “NEVER FEAR, BROOKLYN IS HERE!” So, naturally, I’m excited to be here.
I’m a warm, sweet, dynamic blonde soprano with a bright mix and the ability to play both goofy character and dramatic ingenue roles.
